WELCOME TO MADTOWN !
There are 3 main thing you have to do :
1. Register in Daum (its the fc operator account like
google/yahoo)
*skip this part if you already have daum/naver acc..
2. Register in Madtown fancafe.
3. Level up by answering 5 simple question. << only
when you complete level up you be able to see all the

Note : It is PROHIBITED to repost any picture from
fancafe in any SNS (fb,twitter,insta,tumblr etc (even its your private acc.)
"This tutorial is mainly for laptop/desktop view..you still can do it by phone but the view will be different from example given plus you will go back and forth to refer this notes...so its advisable to use desktop view on phone or just use laptop straight away .If you still want to use handphone, just write the step on paper LOL "
STEP 1: REGISTER DAUM ACCOUNT
First, you have to make a Daum account. This is the tutorial.
(choose the one highlighted in RED BOX)
1. Go to Daum Website (click
2. Click on 회원가입.
2. Click on 회원가입.
3. Choose to Sign Up by Email.
4. Fill up your email address. Click verifying email and go to your email to check the verification number. Input your verification number on the field. Type your name, and follow the next instructions.
5. Make your own ID and password. Usually the captcha is in Korean. If you have no idea how to use Korean keyboard setting, we suggest you to use Google Translate (Since they have Korean Keyboard) to write then copy it to the captcha box...or you can simply download a korean keyboard if needed. (trust me..you gonna use it later anyway )

STEP 2 : REGISTER IN FANCAFE
After making a Daum account, now you can join MADTOWN fancafe.

- Open MADTOWN fancafe page here.
- Click on "카페가입하기"
- Fill any info needed.

STEP 3 : FANCAFE LEVEL UP
As of 10/10/2016 , Jtunecamp has changed the level up rules.
TO SUBMIT APPLICATION
IMPORTANT !! (skip reading this may lead/cause your application rejected)
1. Check the rules for creating NICKNAME
a. Nickname ONLY IN Hangul, English, and numbers should be NOT MORE than 10 characters
b. NO Nickname that can make confusion by using member's name, family, company officials, or cafe admin is prohibited. (Your application will be reject if dont follow this rule)
(Ex: Sangbae, Daewon, Kyungtak, Jonghwa, Jun, Juhyeon, Jaeho, This is MADTOWN, This is Jtune staff, etc)
c. Nickname made of special letters and punctuation marks, space, Chinese, Japanese words is prohibited.
(It also can't be a nickname composed by single consonants or vowels only )
d. Jargon, Out of standard language, negative and curse words are prohibited
e. Don't use nickname which contains dirty, slander, abusive, feminizing members or criticizing.
f. Nickname containing other celebrities, fanclub, fancafe name is prohibited
g. Related to nickname changes, there are people who changed nicknames after leveling up. If you get caught, you will be downgraded without notice.

- fc member not allowed to change nickname after pass
- no vulgar words, threatening members or mentioning other artist in fc
- members are PROHIBITED TO REUPLOAD ANY PICTURE FROM FANCAFE in social network. (fb,ig,twitter etc even its your personal acc)
If found Jtune will cancel your membership

HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR APPLICATION
ACCEPTED OR REJECTED?
ACCEPTED OR REJECTED?
IF ACCEPTED
- It may take 2-3 working day(mon-fri) for fancafe admin to view your application. So,be patient, come and check the next day(evening).
- There will be NO NOTIFICATION if reject or accepted application.
- Your application is accepted once you can access most of the tab in the FC. (You can try to enter/read madtown post FROM MADTOWN tab ) If you can open Heojun post for example..CONGRATULATIONS!!!
IF REJECTED
- You will be directed to ‘등업 리턴’ (return level up application) if you give even one wrong answer/rejected.
- The level up quiz could be changed at any time.
- It may take a few days for cafe admin to process your application, so BE PATIENCE >_<
- IF YOUR APPLICATION REJECTED : CHECK AGAIN YOUR ANSWER, NICKNAME OR YOU LOCK OR NOT YOUR ANSWER.Usually its NICKNAME PROBLEM. JUST CHANGE IT and SEND AGAIN ! (me personally got rejected 6x hahahaha)
So...thats it !! Its easy actually...its just that we dont understand hangul that makes it a little bit complicated. I hope this tutorial could make it easier for you.. Good Luck &
